After our little photography group spent a chunk of time out at Horseshoe Bend to photograph sunset, a few started packing up their gear and heading back up the 3/4 mile trail. Other hung out for a few more minutes to snap those last few shots. Here’s a photo I captured of one of the last ones to have their gear out, moment before he started packing it up. While I had to shoot from a lower angle to capture a full silhouette, thus removing Horseshoe Bend from the photo.
The right sleeve has some motion blur, mainly because the guy didn’t wear a coat and it was getting chilly pretty fast. Either way, it was a great group of fellow photogs, and a trip that I would take again in a heartbeat.
